How do you know if its not right if you havnt put it on the track? I could be misunderstanding here... please correct me if im wrong.

So you think that a car that is "Right" has .05degs of toe on one side and 3degs on the other! Plus no matter what is done it lifts one side/end of the chassis 2mm on a flat surface?
MY 05 is "right" and has neither of these issuse!

I took all shims out and screwed the the arms directly to the bulkhead I had just a little less than 1deg on the left and a little over 1deg on the eight. So I measured all the shims. they are within a few thous. of each other but I did match up the shims on each side... Put the car back together and had the same as without the shims.... so at that point I put it up until today!

Your previous post say's that it does this with the CRC top deck which sounds to me like they counter sunk the top deck on the wrong side... but you should not have this problem with the T2 top deck.
As far as your rear toe issue, shim it out and you will never notice a difference.

Shim it out huh...LOL so I am supposed to run two shims on the left rear and one on the right rear to FIX the car and make it RIGHT! LOL
My car is 2.5degs different from side to side.
You ppl crack me up!

The stock topdeck is quite flexable, countersinking the topdeck will just make it less likely to tweak when it flexes, or when you hit a wall or something like that, it wont really help with stiffness issues.
I realize some people have had some problems with their t2, although mine was fine out of the box when i ran it at Horsham last weekend, i just had to change my set up from my 05, espically softer springs in the rear. I have not measured my rear hubs, however I will say that the plastic is a bit soft, and it is easy to strip out the upper camber link screw, although if you want you can run the old hubs, so its not a big issue.
At least you arent having to bust out the dremel for hours to make the car go straight down the straight away...
