why do you think this thread has a good following (human nature)

li-po is the future though, orion are closest yet to the size thing & amp draw

if it went brushless motors & li-po batts there be no tinckering to make your cars go faster (how boring) yes/no ??

Thanks for the kind words I will continue to say what I feel is right.

SMC can easily release a LiPo pack for RC cars but we feel it may not be the right thing to do as the manufacturer tells us that the technology may not suit our application. That being said if racers or backyard bashers feel this is the way to go we may release a pack of LiPos soon.

i know what it is like to put people`s backs up just because we have the balls to say upfront how we feel.
but it does piss people off when you don`t/can`t agree with them

every one is different ,this does not mean every one is right

any way back on topic

back yard bashers might want them (i would of thought)
but then i thopught most guy`s would of brought the brushless sytems bigtime (to exspensive)
so if the li-po come out expensive then not one would buy them
they would buy the $30-40 IB/GP cells twice a year if that

One question about these cells:

Is it okay to put a pack on a ZERO-V discharge tray?
