Read your instruction book, that's what the A/B/C/D carrier bars are for?
Leave "A" at front & Change the rear one...

A+A = 2 deg
A+B = 2.5 deg
A+C = 3 deg
A+D = 3.5 deg

Is that what you were asking?

Why is the main propeller shaft held by 1 bearing only?

In my TB EVO 3, there is place to put the another bearing in the post up front, but that extra bearing is not supplied and it is also not advised in the instructions. Any reasons?

there is acually three if you count the ones in the diff housings.
that "post" up the front is just a brace there isn't meant to be bearing in it.
there is no bearing there because it's not needed and would just be unnessiry drag on the driveline.
hope you enjoy the car

Ok dumb question here but being a nitro guy crossing over to electric im not sure if this is supposed to happen

ive just finished off my evo3 surikarn and it rolls nice and free fowards but it doesnt seem to like getting pushed backwards is this normal?
i know with my Serpent 235mm running a front oneway and a ball diff rear its roll in both directions the same distance no worries but the Evo doesnt like going backwards at all

With the front one-way, the wheels cannot turn back

He is probably talking about the drive train binding when it free rolls backwards (ie. high spots).

To fix it you may want to try looseing the diff gear covers. Don't overtighten them or they will bind the gears.

I need to buy some spares for the TB EVO 3. Are the front & rear arms same as the TA04? What are the most commonly breakable parts?

Do you suggest a shop that stocks TB EVO 3 parts?

I donīt know of the TA04 but at least the 414 uses same arms as the EVO3. But those arms look so strong I never heard anyone did break them.
Since now I only had some broken oneway gears. Also one time one of the aluminium suspension blocks at the front did bend.

In the meantime I got the Square aluminium gear cases and it did help a little. Some days ago I got a different oneway made by one of the drivers here. Itīs different to the Tamiya oneway so the gear is at the other side as itīs with the TC3. Also the backing plate for the gear is almost as big as the gear itself and the middle part of the oneway is a little thicker so itīs perfectly centered. With this oneway I had no single broken gear.
Next week Iīm able to make some pictures but now Iīm in a hurry as we leave tonight for the Touringcar Euros in Austria.

You can fit a bearing there but it will not stay in place. But the main reason for not having a bearing there is that it will bind the mainshaft when the chassis flex. The mainshaft must be able to float a little.

Yes its thesame as the TA04's. Although what comes with the TB are carbon reinforced which has more strength compared to the 04's. Notacibly the arms hardly break that only hinge pins and suspension blocks are most of the time damaged on a hard crash. I should say the evo arms are the strongest I've ever seen and its fantastic. You must have spares of 1way, diff gears handy at all times.
