Choices for a rubber specific car are limited to CRC or Speed Merchant. I heard rumors that Roche was going to release a rubber car but never saw anything official. I've run a serpent and currently have an xray, both nice cars.

are you guys doing anything specific to break in the tires when you get a new set? What traction compound are you liking the best for black carpet?

a lot of us were shocked to see the price for the J Concepts conversion kit. Especially when we bought body first. That said it’s simple and quick to install. And does change how the Associated F1 drivers. I bought a second Associated in hopes drawing in a couple that were unsure about running F1.

We are required to run odorless compound on our tires. I use SXT standard to start. Typically the tires have grip right away with the fronts being a little grabby. Make a couple of runs and the even out. Nothing else needed. We run on black crc carpet.

Dumper updates it as bodies are added. Should be pretty close.

Be careful. LM and WGT-R are two different wheelbases and they typically do not run together as a class. The LM cars lately have been spec Hobbywing fixed timing 25.5 motors with Justock ESCs on F1 converted chassis like our F6s, which is a nice and cheap. I have seen WGT-R cars with 17.5 1S run with LM bodies on them in the LM class though. The Layla is not a WGT-R listed body and will never be, but I have one for my LM ride.

I believe it was just updated to include the ProtoForm ZR1 last month. I know he posted that it was added.

I had one of those on WGT and I only ran it in practice. Handled like a school bus and was nearly as heavy. LOL

You can make one yourself. Just mount the tire to the axle and drill three holes and tap--- your done.
