took the rear suspension blocks out to look at the shafts, they are perfectly straight. Put them back on and now the right side is 2.5 toe in and the left side is 2.75. Based on the blocks im using they should both be 2.5. So there was definitely a seating issue going on but that appears to be fixed. If i put a little pressure on the left side it goes right to 2.5 but it sits at 2.75. I will check the bearings and the left upright next.

Ouch!
Broke my chassis Saturday.
Cant recall any hits hard enough that I thought should have done that.
broke at the front left rear hinge pin mount
Just enough to make it sit wonky and handle like shit.
$$$$
Car felt super dialed for 1st 3 practice days at Tamiya USA track, had some bumps during those days also.
4th day, handling went in the crapper and couldn't figure what wasn't just right.
went thru setup process, tweek, droop, ride height, camber and just wouldn't hold front droop then noticed (well, someone else) slight irregularity at that hinge pin mount, the separate type on this 419x.
bummed but at least found it

piece of cake, just had to eat the cost $$$
tqrcracing.com to the rescue with the new chassis.
now, sold out
already swapped it out
musta actually been a pretty good hit, bent hinge pin on the same spot, 05g mount area.
also a caution, I had used .5 spacer shims under the hinge pin mounts, not the proper 419 supplied shims however (gave them away with the 419 I sold), I used typical washer type shims which most likely let the chassis flex there a little more than if I had the proper shims supporting the whole block.

Went in and checked the suspension balls, checked the spacing between the hinge-pins and the suspension arms. Checked the bearings, and the up right. I think the final .25 is due to tweak, manufacturing imperfection, or some sort of damage to the plastics I cannot see.

Hi Guys
I also installed the Lightwight Spool Cups.
It`s not easy to work on the bearing holders because the plastic clips must move freely. Are they to strong the drive train not spin free.
But now it works fine on my TRF 419X Version
Thank`s to RCRacer for the discription.
The Suspension Mount E on the inner side in Front doesn`t work because the belt is near on the chassis.

Anyone know what parts are used in Christian's battery holder?
