Has anyone successfully turned one of these into a RWD drift car? I've got one sitting around and I'd like to do something with it.

I’m sure there’s a YouTube video of attempts. Wouldn’t be too surprised if I has. I’ve tried briefly with no luck with other touring cars. And did try with the D4 RWD. Problem is RWD drift is very surface dependent. Now as a 50/50 AWD drifter, it would do fine.

I'll be there Saturday. Racing starts at noon. VTA is a "for sure" class. If you wanna just mess around, I'll bring the Euro Truck too. Carpet traction is... astounding.

I’ll be racing in Orland Saturday. I’m trying to decide for Sunday.

It is pretty obvious that the spacer is too tall : a shorter spacer should stop the rubbing dead on its tracks.....NO FIX NEEDED HERE !!!

That roll center setting will not work with those tires: best to use another similar RC setting(through RC Crew Chief) that does not cause any rubbing, but the car is good....

lmfao tell me what the computer knows about the track surface layout and grip? Maybe if you learn how to set up a car?? But I guess if your too lazy and have no knowledge on how to set up a car you would use the computer , like the kids in math class that don’t know how to add they rely on their calculators 🤗

It's OK not to know how to use RC Crew Chief software: if you don't know ask somebody..... No need for me to explain here...
Good luck to all the Sakura XI racers, and I am positive you'll find your way around these small non issues and lap a few gizmos in the process...
