Hi RogerDaShrubber,

Please explain broken? As in it doesn't work or has functions that are unusable? Or people just don't like the software? Any info would be appreciated.

Tom.

Hi sarboy. I'm on the committee at WSMCC. We race on a Monday night from around 7 pm, we run two class, tc blinky 13.5/ 21.5 boosted using sorex 28 tyres and GT12 (Superstox's and mardave's) in 13.5 blinky.

We have a good mix of ability at the club from national drives to the young and old and we emphasise on racers having a good nights racing. Your more than welcome to pop by on Monday night for look and some advice on car selection.

Tom.
You will have to read the Speed Passion thread to get the exact details, but pretty much everyone i know who has bought a Reventon has hated it, from it not calibrating, the wrong lights flashing, it not working in blinky mode, not connecting to the computer, bad software to just plain not working at all. If you can get past all the crap they deal at you, they do actually perform ok, but lets be honest, what would you rather do, spend 3 days making something work right, or buy something that works out of the box right the first time.

Just remeber this is for the Reventon Pro, the Stock Spec works just fine i am lead to believe. Here is a link to the thread, just about every second post is how do i fix this: http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...hread-764.html

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the info and links. I might pop by tomorrow? If I'm allowed out. The wife may have other ideas.

I'm at Wattisham.

Cheers

Tom
