Yup, shortened arms are only for the LWS.. you may need to get back to 46mm bones, though..

For the regular arms you need to use the 46mm driveshafts

just had mine apart yesterday... it goes:

spur holder
alum washer
papery washer
oneway pulley
papery washer
small shims
bearing

i think the small shims may need to be checked, as they are to reduce s-side clearance. i think my car only required 2....

you can get away with not running any of the C-Clips. the grub screw that pins the spur gear holder to the center shaft will keep the center shaft from sliding out. those darn c-clips are impossible to remove...and they usually go flying off in some weird direction never to be found again.

you can also just run one. (i kept my one c-clip on the spur gear side). makes it easier/faster to switch from locked center to oneway.

The light weight version of the shaft does not even have the grooves for the C clips. So you really don't need them.

I have been C clip free since mid April, agree you don't need them.
Although for those that like putting them on and off keep using them. . .

Hi,

Hebiki,

How's the EVO 5????? I'm still drooling over those pics. the only downside looks to be changing the spur gear.
do you know if the TRF (I think that's what it's called) Tamiya Motor mount for the TA-05 is available yet????.
I'm makinig another list of things to order and thought I'd add that to it if I could get it. and one last Q. have you tried the spektrum stuff for the Heilos yet??? (Pro series)
Thanks.

and is anyone else having trouble veiwing the attachments
here???? we got hit by and virus like WinFixer and we're still trying to sort out all our computers. so far I can post but I can't see any avartars or thumnails posted in threads.
so wacth out for something that will show up as eurogambling in your task bar. then turn into adultfriend finder.com after you delete the eurogambling.
Hope all of you miss this one

Thanks
