nice to meet you this weekend pucho.it was a reall good time.look forward to having you come out to b and b.
i ran my car in mod at the state race this weekend.i started with haras setup.i gotta tell you, hara is real talented. the car was so aggessive that it was too dificult to drive for me.i went back to my origional setup and the car was awesome.i changed a few small things over the box stock setup and the car was excelent.unfortunately the 7x1 was way too much motor for me and i wound up 4th in the B main.would have placed higher if i didnt dump with a lap or 2 to go
anyway, all and all i am very happy with the car.i will be returning to 19 turn now.i realized that i need more practice in mod before going against paul wynn, billy easton, and jarrod scott, alex lopez, all of the other guys in the mod class this past weekend.it was a class of fast, expereinced guys only.im not used to that but im sure i will get there someday.

Did some practicing with the Cyclone at RCS this past weekend. Tons of steering and traction with CS-37's. And that was about 10PM at night!
Another thing, my shocks don't leak like before! I am a happy camper! My shocks now have less rebound dampening than normal. I bought the Shooters shock towers and harder HPI springs. Lay the shocks down more and now I can drive the car harder. FUN!

hey guys,
i saw a few post back about a carpet chassis for the cyclone.yes,i will be making one very shortly.i dont think i will be able to make it before the snowbirds but it will be not far after.
i also saw a post about not enough steering.i noticed that i had way too much steering in my first heat saturday and i realized my diff was too loose.if your car pushes i would try loosening your rear diff some.for over steer i would tighten it.i cured my on power push by changing my front uptravel from 2mm over ride height to 1mm.this seemed to have less weight transfer to the rear of the car on power.i also went to 3mm up travel in the rear to increase weight transfer to the front for more turn in.this was running modified with a pissed off 7x1.i needed all the turn in i could get my hands on with the one ways.

Jason, will you also be doing a chassis for asphault. Maybe a copy of the original upper and lower but using your high quality graphite instead ?
Thanks.
Thanks.
