Hi:
HKS hobby is currently taking pre-order of the new F104GX conversion kit.

Chassis conversion for the 3Racing FGX F1 chassis .
The conversion chassis will replace FGX chassis with a new carbon chassis.
The rear of the chassis will stay the same as FGX
For the front end components with it will require a Tamiya F104 pieces

More to the point...what makes that a better conversion than the Rabbit which is already out?

i almost buy a rabbit conversion and to find it is not good quality disappoint me. is hks hobby a recognised company? would this product be of better quality maybe?

I personally don't, but have only seen 1 pic of a car with a fan on the motor, kind of an eyesore...
If your car is overheating, you probably need to change your gearing, or find the appropriate motor for the gearing you want to go with. I purchased a new bigger pinion gear and never even got the car to up to full trigger acceleration but it was always overheating immediately and behaved funny. Went back to the smaller gear and its humming along full throttle and tons of race time. Motor is hot but not scorching, and my ESC doesn't shutdown either.

I have been waiting for the word to be able to announce this.
And now that I have been given the go ahead, I am very proud to announce that F1Paintlab has been chosen to be the exclusive US Distributor for the Formula Rabbit conversion kits. The first shipment is due to arrive today, 10 kits. I will have them up on the online store later this weekend.
