What's it going to have? Usually minor updates, and nobody knows for sure. The speculation is having the servo rotated 90 degrees, gear diff and spool, and the newest vertical ball stud diff clamps.

Yes, they usually sell conversion kits to update the previous year's model.

And nobody can tell you if it's worth waiting or not, because it's really up to you and what you want.

Just want to get it out there before someone beats me to it, my favorite of course.......the new car will be shaft drive.

Default big Thank You!

Just got back into Vegas from the 4 hour drive and I wanted to send a big Thank You to fellow Team Drivers Fred Howard and Calvin Simmons for the set up tips and for also helping out my boy Robert R with parts his "borrowed" T3 @ the BFTR in Camarilo, CA. (Good eye Fred on finding his hinge pin!)

It was my first outing out with my T3'11 and I was very happy with my overall performance with the car and I know I will only get faster with Xray!!

Thanks fellas! See you soon
Randy.

I replaced a spec-r gear diff with the xray so it should be a bit of an improvement, and nice to be able to use either 50 or 52mm drive shafts too.
Anyone got some longer term experience on this diff? What problems I should look out for?
I was thinking of getting one for the front to replace my front spec-r gear diff, is it necessary to get the steel outdrives?
I second that guy saying buy more o-rings. If you have to rebuild it before getting new o-rings you can cut the one that came with your diff and reuse it. Iv too bought the extra o-rings but the cut O-ring in my car is still not leaking.

HAHAHA me too mate, just tried 1000 diff oil in there and the seal was stretched to all hell after i took it apart. It was only 1 week old! Couldnt get it back in there no matter what we tried. We ended up cutting it and CA glueing it back together.
I have a set of 10 seals coming from rcmushroom but it hasnt leaked yet so will see
