EPIC "D3" Duo 3

Thanks for the help guys! The D3 looks like a solid motor and I will be getting some more track time with it soon. It does appear to have very similar dyno numbers to the Duo 1, which was a strong motor.

is this good motor for 17.5 turn ?

you're kidding right ?

I think Express Motorsport is slightly tuned motor. They zapped the magnet

Im pretty sure they dont claim to zap the magnet in the rotor as its pretty much impossible to do unless you have a custom built magnatizer about the size of a truck! None of the major manufactures have one either except at their factories where the components are actually made (China, Taiwan, etc)

We have one, right here, in Irvine, CA.....
In its own room.

There are actually smaller, 100% effective zappers about the size of a fridge.....and another the size of a small wine fridge that can sit on your desktop. Problem is the cost......the first is about $30,000.....the second, about $20,000......and they are not very user friendly.
The only tuner I am aware of claiming to zap motors is Full Throttle, which is total BS......my guess, he modified the shoes on his ceramic zapper to hold a brushless rotor and is under the impression that its actually doing something to the NEO magnets.
To zap a NEO magnet, you need to generate a field of about 3.5 to 4 Tesla....while not killing yourself with the massive amount of power floating around.
