The floating mount is for attaching the servo to the center line of the chassis and removing it from being a structural member of the chassis plate. |

Can you clarify what you mean by "the TC servo keep coming on done"?
The floating mount is for attaching the servo to the center line of the chassis and removing it from being a structural member of the chassis plate. I oder all new parts incase they brakes but at least it hasn't came off yet. I got four good runs without it coming off so it Has been worth it. |
My servo saver nut has stayed on after a day of racing. I loctied the crap out of it. Time will tell if it holds up or not. I have Yodog's Floating kit to be installed when and if it fails again.

Move the tops of your front shocks in to the 2nd inner hole and run the rears in the 4th inner hole. Try to reduce the rear inner upper link spacer by 1mm or raise the outer by 1mm. JMO |
Need some coaching on venting my VCS3 shocks.
In the day on TC3 shocks if we couldn't find some Yokomo caps we used to drill the cap and thread in a 4-40 set screw to seal it up after the shock had been bled. Now it sounds like a smaller hole is being drilled and is left open to the atmosphere as a true vent. Is this correct? I guess we're relying on the bladder to hold the oil in the shock body. How big of a hole? Does it matter where in the cap? Anybody got some pics? Many thanks, Scott |

Thanks very much Viper...that's pretty much what I was envisioning.
Thanks also for the pics! When I first read your post I was wondering if I have a 1mm drill bit. When I saw your pic I KNEW I did because I have that same finger drill and bits that I hadn't even thought of. Off to go drill me some caps! Lucky me the shocks already have the RSD bladders in them. |
when you drill the caps (or not for that matter) is it necessary to use those small foam cylinders that go on top of bladder?

Is like to get another TC6 but they seem kind of scarce on eBay and here.
