I only have one spare set of suspension arms and c hubs. haven't broke anything on the tc5 this season and ive been in some pretty bad scraps. never drove an rccar like this before let alone raced. so... gogo tc5 ha.
i wont buy any more used cars though. i got a great deal, but many of the important parts were already pretty worn. ive only had 8ish race days and the car is starting to sound pretty aged. but i know it was raced for a full season at least before i got it. ah well. wont be until next outdoor season. by then we might have a tc6R/F denomination available. |

Verndog,
How/where can I get metal washers/spacers that look are long like the AE plastic ones. As you know I am running your blocks but when you run a lot of shims, 3.5mm, the blocks will bend inward. Well the blocks don't technically bend but they don't stay perfectly vertical. I hope I am explaining that right. |

Thanks Steve Weiss!!!
Tried squezzeing the turnbuckle eyelets in a couple of different spots while installed on the ballstuds like you said and they freed up realy good and are no longer binding. This tip should be in the manual especialy for some ones first time building this kit. |

Has anyone done the east/west servo mod to their TC6? If so, do you have pics and/or what parts did you use?
|
What is the black coating on the hinge pins? Does this need to be polished off to make them shiny or left alone?

I they are a little tight (I did not have that problem) work the wishbone holes a little with a drill bit. |
