Thanks! The SpecGT class was a lot of fun and i was really happy with how the TT02r handled. It was an easy decision to retire my euro truck and run this class instead :). I did flip the car once, the flat clear on the outside held up great. It actually hides the scratches on the lexan pretty well!

On the topic of USGT, i still need to get my Sakura dialed in. The rear end was coming around way too easily. I lowered the roll center last night, looking forward to the next club race to see how it does.

That was a fun race. I was driving the 4th place car trying really hard to catch up and almost got there but made a mistake in the end. Don't know if the Renault RS01 is approved but I think it fits the part.

That was a hell of a usgt main!!! I almost caught mike on the last lap but dotted heading on to the straight. What a great day!

How well do the USGT tires fair on parking lots? I have only run on CRC so far, but looking to run in parking lots with a couple of others between club races.

Really depends on the condition of the surface and what it's sprayed with. I have gotten excellent wear in parking lot races and I've run on a parking lot that was freshly redone and got only one race day and a practice pack or two the following week on a new set. I think you'll be just fine with a set for your race day.

I have 3 sets, with 4 runs each.. still look good, not ballooned and no ring of death (yet).

I hear that it's not going to be approved because the powers that be have an issue with the roofline. Sad if it doesn't get on the list, it looks more like a real car than some that are on the list now.

There are two issues with the Renault.. the 1:1 is a knock off an R8.. so when it comes to the 1/10, it’s a knock off of a 1:1 knock off of an R8 🤣

If you are talking about the Renault RS01, it was a pre painted body I stumbled across on eBay looking for another body so I thought I'd give it a try for our Spec GT class.

If you are talking about the Montech NSX... it does look a bit TCish from that angle in all black..

...I hope there will soon be a number of bodies, also with questionable 'features', removed from the list. The list would be chopped in half.
