Gearhead: Did you do any dremeling to your chassis? Because my cells dont fit. Can you tell me what you dremel, and one other question. Would you still be able to use the 3300's because the slots will be to big for them.
What'd you do to your car to make these 3800's fit?
Thanks

Chris

Hey guys,

I'm trying to locate some of the Trinity MF low roll center blocks for my xxx-s.
I'm not having much luck..Probably since Matt retired they quit making them?
Anyone have some or know a place that does have some in stock? Also I have only found one of the Part #'s for the rear ones..TMF1110 for the rear ones. If I remember it right.

Thanks

Yes, the battery holder area on the chassis has been dremeled. The slots are opened up, widened and chamfered to allow for the larger cells and the cells to sit lower. My 3300's and 3800's both fit fine, 3800's are a tighter fit. I can take a pic of it if you want, I didnt do the work myself it was modified by the previous owner.

Gearhead: ok thanks. Yes if you can please post a pic of your car I would appriciate it. What if I dont dremel the slots out? Can I leave them and just make a modification to how I use the battery tape. Like can u put a longer screw through the back, with the battery strap kind of leaned up as it goes towards the back.
Thanks for your help

Chris

Did you buy the kit new from a LHS? If so, I would contact them or contact Losi and tell them parts were missing.
