one-way
woozer71, welcome to the one-way club. I know some guys will debate me on this one, but personally I think the Losi one-ways are fragile and once it is blown you can't fix it. You can buy a left or right side to replace whichever side you broke, but they are $27 bucks a side and you can get the whole one-way with outdrives for $60.
I've been running the spool instead of the one-way, but I keep a one-way in my box just for those occassions where I believe the one-way is faster.

I haven't broken a oneway in the sedan but I broke three in the buggy. I stopped running them in the buggy for that reason.

I assume you are talking about this oneway?

Has anyone ever tried it in a XXX-4?
Are there any US distributors for tech stuff?

Does anyone have a good setup for either a 19t or 27t on a really tight track. The track size is roughly 60' x 30'.

When using the Tamyia shocks with the new PRP towers do will you have to adjust the droop the same way?
And does anyone know how to order one of those Tech one ways?

I tried ordering the Tech Racing one-way from rcmodel.com.hk a couple weeks back but they wrote and said it was "out of production". I hate breaking the regular Losi bearings, but I guess I'm going to have to go back to them...

Yeah I had the same problem. Was hoping it was just me but guess not.
I have a question about Trinity Red Hop Ups. Do they make the battery strap and posts? If so anyone know the part number and where can I find them?

This may have been covered and if so, I apologize.
Why do people run TC3 hex adapters on their Losi's? I've read it is to increase track width, but have also been told it is to free up the car a bit. However I was under the impression that increasing track width would increase traction. Am I dead wrong or what? If someone could educate me it would be appreciated.
Also, are the Clamping style Trinity MF hubs the same width as the stockers as I would expect or are they wider also?
Thanks,
Griffin

im after some tc3 hexes as i want some aluminium ones and cant find anywhere that stocks them specifically for the losi
You just get the TC3 ones, they will fit the losi.....there is no losi version.

Have a set of the MF aluminum hexes in my parts box. They are too wide which prevents even the nylon locking material on the low profile axle nuts from getting a good grip on the axle threads.
I only use the TC3 graphite ones on my XXX-S cars. Makes your less than 185 mm wide stock XXX-S much closer to the 190 mm legal limit. Also minimizes traction rolling on carpet tracks.
