Kraig, cool I'll be giving you all a call soon then! Do you know when you will get more yellow belts in and the new shock towers as well? That way I'll just order everything at once.

Thanks!

Jitz you getting the new losi shock tower or you getting the PRP tower? I have the PRP and really like it. Gives you many different adjustments and looks cool too...lol I think Kraig stocks them as well...

IMPACTPLAYR - The shock stance of the rear shock tower is much wider than the front tower. And you will run into problems with the shocks hitting the castor blocks if you try the run a wider shock stance in front

Any suggestions to get the car hooked up better without changing the tires to cyan/magenta since I cannot find any? BTW, I was using losi black springs. Tried TC3 purples but the car floated too much. Before anybody says, "why dont you just keep testing", keep in mind that the closest carpet track is 2 1/2 hours away and they are having a trophy race this weekend. I would like to try and nail a more responsive setup to finetune during quals. Thanks for the help!

Jeff Werner,

Are you running your Losi on Foam and carpet right now? If yes-shoot me an e-mail and lets compare set-ups. Mine is very close to being great for me. Its actually stupendoulsley easy to drive right now, but isnt carrying enough speed-but I think I solved that with a small change!!! I'll test that soon!!

p.s. not to divert again-but my Rev.3 was totally dialed last Sunday!!! Two Stupid, stupid mistakes kept me from putting it A3 in qualifying.

The belts should be in on Wednesday afternoon. As for the shock towers I don't know. I hope to be able to talk to Todd at the Novak race this weekend and I will ask him.

Sorry gang, I didn't get the lunsford stuff up yesterday but it is up there now.

when will you be getting more low row center kits in? The current one stock # 1229, does that include the front and rear blocks?

The 1229 includes the front and rear. It is more of a mid roll center not really a low roll center like the ones Trinity markets under the Matt Francis line. I don't have an eta on the Losi part yet.

If it's clicking I suspect that the CVD pins are sticking out one side a little more than the other. There is barely enough clearance. You can grind off the excess pin with a dremmel with no damage if you are careful. You can do this on the car.

The shaking on the stand at large steering angles is more or less normal on the Losi. Can't be eliminated. Does not seem to be a problem on the track.

There's nothing to fix, you just gotta build it right... I've had my G+ for about 6 weeks or so, didn't have any problems building it, and haven't broken anything...

Ray- I'll give you my carpet/foam setup to compare. I don't have it with me right now, but you can send yours to: [email protected]
