how long ago did you purchase the front arms? i just got some friday, and they said front on the package, but appear to be rear ones. sounds nuts, i know, but seeing is believing! such a coincidence that happened to you too.

Who are you refering to as he?

Anyway, my store doesn't stock them because the owners will not allow us. If it was up to us we would have ALL the parts for the XXX-S, Yoks, and TC3s. Its not our call to make....I think you guys forget that. We send in product request forms (I think thats what they are called) and the forms get reviewed by the owners, and then they decide what we stock.

See you at the track, Ralph.

ASM- I have played around with the different holes on the rear hubs. They both give you a different type of feel depending on where your camber links are and what hole you have the shocks in. I would say that I use the outside hole about 80% of the time. It really boils down to how the car feels on a certain track layout and what direction I'm looking to go with the set up. Going to the outside hole in some cases gave my car a little more traction. Play around with it and see how the car feels.

Gentlemen:

Got a XXX-S today. The car rocks.

Bought it used - a little wear and tear.

I am hearing a rubbing noise during high speed cornering. Dialed out some steering; tightened the belt - problem still exists.

Does the belt skip during high speed turns? Does the spur gear adapter need replacement?

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Joe

Default Losi Parts

LittleDog and Modena AL, send and e-mail to Horizon Hobbies and let them know what happened. I was missing a part from my full graphite conversion and they sent me the part with in a couple of weeks. Don't bother asking Losi, they'll just forward you to Horizon. Also, don't expect a reply right away, it will take 2-4 days.

It takes a while but they will resolve it.

Default Rubbing?

Yokomojo,

Are you using the Trinity spur gear adaptor? Make sure you're running a thin spur gear, such as Trinity's. The belt should not be making any noises unless your belt is set loose, you'll hear clicking under braking.
