It's more expensive but I still think the Jurgen diff for the 415 out of Germany is the best choice at the moment..... :cool:

How much was that again? The Jurgen diff? The Yokomo diff is just much more accessible to me. And would last all winter season. But if price was right... Jurgen diff might be an option....

Use the 32 in place of 28. You can use the 35 in place of the 42 or you can get titanium 42mm from tamiya (same as evo3)

No offense but Alluminum turnbuckles? I didn't think they were a good idea when the 415 came out and I still don't

Check out some TC3 Ti-turnbuckles....They may have the right lengths and they are blue!

My buddy gave me the same grief when I ordered aluminum turnbuckles for my Evo4. I ordered some TECH racing turnbuckles for the Evo4, the sizes I used were the 3x32 and 3x42. If the actual turnbuckle is too long, you can cut the ballcup or cut the turnbuckle with a Dremel.

My 415 currently has Aluminum turnbuckles and screws (Knocking on wood), and I haven't had any problems. Yes, Steel and Titanium are stronger, and Titanium is lighter but, BLUE is such a nice color!!!

man i am so confused... i am visiting japan ang the evoIv here cost less than 300 dollars but seems like every one is using trf 415 what should i do

will the color wont peel off after its done and what kid of dye should be used:rolleyes: :confused:

you dont use dye you use 9v bateries and tsp i have to dig up the EXTREME RC issue from a couple of years back it works awesome the only thing is you can do blue and gold thats it here is a pict of a demo that i did ill find the issue it really works

as you can see i did one side blue and one side gold just a test piece :D :sneaky: :cool:

Bro, You don't have to use a dremel to shorten those alluminum turnbuckles....Just pile into a wall and SSNNNAAPPP...Shortens it plenty :)

Well I was going to run the Evo4 tomorrow outdoors with foam tires....but I now see that I cant unless I put HPI parts on it...Man I hate having to do that!! Oh well....Just use it for rubber tire racing I guess.
