Default bmi chassis

thanks 4 that jon,car looks cool,

im having a problem with the rear of my car i cant stop it from overstering,my car at the min is.
front:
spool
2dg camber
-1 toe
blue spring,45 wt oil
5.5mm droop (with shui gadge)
ride hight 5.5mm
shocks on mid hol top and outer on bottom
1mm spacer on front pivot block

rear
roll bar yellow
3dg toe
2dg camber
ride hight 6mm
droop 4
40 wt oil blue spring
shock 2nd hole from botom (top)
shock 2nd hole from outer (botom)
camber link flat (if u no what i mean?)
1mm washer under rear pivot block

runing with cs-22 tyres, std chassis running on tarmac

Fist off, take the yellow bar off the rear and put on a black 1.5mm bar. Also, are those the stock blue springs from the kit? I honestly never ran those and don't know what they're rated at but I'd suggest getting some Associated Blue and silver springs. Also, take out some camber. I pretty much always run only 1 degree of camber all around. Lower the ride height to 5mm all around. Give those adjustments a try and see how it is.

yeah i will then, but will the ae springs fit std shocks??? yeah blue is the stock set thanks for that i will giv it a go. bob

I think you need to use the old preload spacers under the threaded collar to take up the gap since the AE springs aren't long enough. Someone, if I'm wrong on this, correct me.

o and one more thing, i have made my spool with the diff by taking the balls out and glueing a shui header card on the diff rings is this right becaus i get lots and lots of chatter wen i turn with power on is thins normal ?? it works fine i just dnt like the sound it makes lol.

Chatter is something that happens to pretty much all cars running spools. And yes, you built it the right way. Make sure since you're running a spool that you change the front blades often. You'll notice the spool wears them out quickly.

Default rw spurs

Hi guys, i was reading this forum ,and i have 2 questions:
1) Im going to use rw 64 pitch 128T spur, am i need something to convert it to fit in my mi2? what?? part numbers please.

2) is it normal u have a little play on the 20t pulley?? what i do to dont have anymore?

You'll need the alloy gear adapter, part# U2744.

There is some play in the 20t pulley. RW just came out with a new machined 20t pulley, part# RW1000, I believe that will pretty much eliminate that. I'll be getting one on my next order.
