That is a really old spacer that I believe HPI used to make for the 10L. Not sure if they still make them or not.

You know what they say, bigger is better!
It really does run awesome though. Anyone looking for a new speedo should really check them out. They are really inexpensive too. I've seen them on-line for as little as $129.99.

TimPotter:

Are those the new shuie springs? If yes, are they longer or shorter than the original kit springs?

Are those Tamiya shocks?

The new Schumacher springs are much shorter than the original springs. They are actually a tiny bit shorter than the AE springs too. If you are using the kit shocks, you will need to use the clip on spacers to take of the extra space.

Anyone heard anything about BMI releasing the first SCHUIE chasis? I talked to those guys probably a month and half ago and they said that they were prolly 3 weeks off of doing so but i havent heard anything since.

PW. You think you can get those world CVD's up to supperior hobbies by this Saturday??? We have our monthly coming up and i would sure like to give them a spin during that event.

Leadfoot, Yep they are the new Schiues, and as Mo said, they are a little bit shorter then the AE's and in camparison to others..

about the same as the new HPI Springs.
Shorter then xray
about the same... maybe a touch shorter then Tamiya
Longer then yokomo

They are nice. A welcome upgrade to the older springs.

kewl thanks.

And another thing, how do you guys go about searching the forum. I know PW posted a setup sheet for his last run at supperior and i'm looking for that but would much rather do a search by user maybe instead of manuallying going through each post.

R.
