Default Great website revision

Hey,

Great web site revision to www.racing-cars.com.

However, some feedback

-- links should be colored to make them easier to find
-- some of your links need a lot of help. They go off to nowhere
-- Some parts (e.g. U2744) are not listed when you go to the categories but surprisingly appear when you do a search.
-- Wish you kept the instruction manual for your older cars online. Some of us still run some of them and it would be easier to order parts if the manual was online
-- Breaking up the online manual into seperate pages is great, but an option to download the whole thing is still needed
-- The word document links are all broken at least for the Mi2

Anyway, still a good revision just need to work out some kinks

Troy and I will be there Friday sometime. You don't want any of the bearings I have. You better call Troy.

LeadFoot - New websites always have a few weeks of debugging after posting. Thanks for your feed back. If you have any details (URLs) about the links that take you nowhere email them to me at [email protected] and it will pass it on to the web team.

That goes for anyone. If you have found an problem or have a suggestion that has not already been voiced send me an email.

The low shock towers are all we run now. They match up much better with the Tamiya shocks and will with the new Schumacher shock (when released). Also, they allow you to lower the body more and give more camber link holes (in the front) and change the shock angles to better positions. If you are using the kit shocks, you will have to modify them a bit. You will need to cut the threads on the shock shaft and the ball cup about in half to allow them proper up travel.

Nothing is really wrong with the current shocks. The only thing about them is they are a pain to build and maintain. The new shocks should be similar to the Tamiya TRF shocks. Very simple, smooth and easy to maintain.
