Thanks guys!! My car was really good yesterday....Just didnt have any luck on the first or last lap!! Hard to believe the two small changes I made this week picked it up .3 a lap. Car carries a ton of corner speed and has mad rip out of the corner!! Hopefully it will be just as dialed at the nats in two weeks.

EA,

Awesome news bro. I am glad to see you are doing well with the car. I think you have a great shot at the Nats. Stick with what you know and you will be fine..........

Biggest change was I stacked two chassis on top of each other which made it 4mm total...Sounds wacky but it worked well. Other change was running the front toe/hing pin mounts to put toe out in the front end....really carried good corner speed and turned great.

Thanks Rob....Wish you were going to be able to make it... I'll be happy with a top 30 finish.

Ran the Mi2 at out State race this weekend.

PW was fast in Mod, TQ and Win, Troy was a scant .15 behind Paul in the main. Tony Padilla won the stock class. First race for me with the Mi2. Started OK, and got better each run. Car is well worth the wait !

Arm mounts were flat on the chassis...so It was like running the stock chassis with a 2mm riser plate under it!! But I think the extra chassis stiffness freed he car up that much in the corner's. Same layout as last week but the car was .3 quicker a lap than last week.

Are you all going to lower the spots in the chassis where the stuff mounts on the 3mm chassis? Or just a flat 3mm?

PDUB- Is your chassis basically for carpet or is it an all around chassis?

The race is over and I was able to put the MI2 in 3rd place in the 19 turn class. Motor problems in the mian wouldn't allow me to challenge for 1st or 2nd. Those guys were gone. I'm too tired to post the set up right now but I will post it for anyone who wants to try a rubber tire carpet set up. I know I keep repeating my self but.......this drive train is killer. In stock form it spins better than other belt cars with ceramic bearings. It makes me almost want to run in the stock class again because of the corner speed and rip out of the corners.

Hey Clint....Congrats on a great debut with the car!!!!

We hope the chassis will be great for all surfaces, but it's should be awesome on carpet.
