Lots of talk about light weight stuff.
But is there a light weight king pin, or steering yoke pivot set as the poms call it?

They are huge, and weigh a ton.

My car with Sphere TC Spec, 9550, FAAST receiver, PT, novak motor, std shell and 5 cell weighed in at a whopping 1530 grams. the scrutineers laughed at me everytime it was weighed, i was clear even if i was running under full 6 cell weight.

I played with one this summer on asphalt and it was pretty good. The car is proven on rubber and foam. Set up's are there and support is second to none. I had some success with the Mi2 when it first hit and I had some troubles also, but times have changed over the past 3 1/2 - 4 years and the Mi3 is a proven winner. See what happens I guess

Rob, it was good meeting you at the gate... glad you picked up an mi3.

Anyone know where I can get some aluminum castor blocks? I think it was team tamale that had them, but I don't remember where to order them from.

Is anyone going to be going to beaver pa to run this sunday?

Thanks!

Boy that's heavy...Schumacher- please lighten up the car a bit? Maybe some 25-30g? The bulkheads seem to e a very good place to start...we're tired of people calling our beloved MI3's the "tanks" of the rc world...

Adam: I'm not sure what Larry has in stock right now for the MI3 c-hubs, but check out the website - http://www.teamtamale.com And go under company information - it has his contact info. I know the last time I talk to him he still had few c-hubs. I cant remember what degree hubs he had in stock though, so send him a email to see what he's got.
