Guys.
here is what i run.
Tamiya Type RR 23t - Final Drive Ratio = 5.6 - 5.8
Reedy PT 10t x 2 - FInal Drive Ratio = 8.5 - 8.8
Reedy KR 11t x 2 - Final Drive Ratio = 7.9 - 8.3
Ok. Here is my questions. Do you think my final drive ratio is correct? I don have problems with my motor. But it is very very hot. Do you think i need to go up a little on my ratio?
Kinda worried about the temp on the esc too. Its reading around 56 deg C to 61 deg C for both the Reedy Motor. Is this normal?
I am using Keyence V Zero Extreme '02 on my EVO 2 FOC with internal drive ratio of 2.125. Hope someone can advice.
TIA

Aside from your questions, what does your signature exactly mean?

Heehee. Its for me to know and for you to guess.
No intention of insulting anyone out there.

there is not conversion kit, you just have to purchase the parts separately. and there are no part number for the bulkheads at this time. Xray said they will be available at some point

I have. I run on an indoor asphalt track in Huntington WV. I see yout know Ycity pretty well... I would compare the Huntington track to Ycity... no carpet... add asphalt.. lol. Its pretty technical and tight just like Ycity.

The arms are great. I feel like the car is much more responsive with them. I've yet to run them on a large fast track like Parkersburg WV ( www.ovrccc.com )... but I'm guessing they'll be just fine there too.

I know a couple guys that run regularly at YCity. Guys from OVRCCC. I've run at the Y a time or two myself and you are right... one of the best track owners around.

I have used the short arms on asphalt for a few weeks, it took some setup change to get it right. The biggest difference that I noticed was a mid-corner push with my existing long arm sertup. Once I got things worked out the car had tons of low speed steering and was super reactive. It also transitioned much quicker in chicanes.

I know this has been asked before, but what are the part numbers to convert to the short arms? What else do I need besides the arms for my EVO and T1R. Also will the blade swaybar work on the short arms. Thanks.

Also I thought that the Factory kit was going to have a stiffer chassis. It looks like it will be the same as the Evo2. I thought I saw one with only the 6 cells cut out.
