IMO you don't need it. I have not had any problems without it.

Get them. No more vibration or chatter. They are expensive but well worth it IMO.

I have tried both, single mounts and solid block and to be honest I could'nt tell the difference between the two.I have to turn down my steering d/r for both anyway.I would recommend getting the ecs driveshafts, with the t3's increased steering the standard ones don't last long.If you don't want to pay us$100 a pair for xray ones, get the atomic ones us$40 a pair.Just remember they are 50mm long which on the EU spec (standard length 52mm) gives abit more steering.

ECS shafts are great with a spool! I've found the cross pins a little fragile and have broken a few just tagging corners so, order some spares. I recently built a slipper spool similar to the TC5, from an Xray diff, it solved all the solid axle related front drive problems.

ive got the atomic esc shafts in my car, and they give it heaps more high speed steering, i love them.

ive also had no problems with durability, and thats running 10.5. also got a friend running them in mod with a 4.5 with no issues

I dont think its necessary to have the ECS. No lap time differences with the standard UJ front. I tested ECS on both big & small track & go back with the standard UJs for both my T3/T2009. In fact, I noted slight understeer when running the ECS. BTW, you dont see ECS on other manufacturer cars too.

No, ECS does make a difference. On some tracks that are really flowing you may not notice any difference. But on a tighter track especially with a spool they are a substantial difference. The stock cvd's will have a slight braking effect compared to the ECS.

And yes some other Team drivers (other brands) are using the Xray ECS in their cars. But of course you will not hear that from other brand drivers Just look at the real cars that are raced on the track really close. Not the distraction cars that are out for all to see.

i notice the cars with ECS axles are quieter around the tighter corners than mine is

so, Noise = power loss ???

i have them ordered and will fit them , even if it doesnt make the car go quicker they are SWEET
