If the transmitter were the problem, when you reversed the servo, the servo wouldn't center properly on the opposite side it didn't center before. So the servo would center after steering right, but not after steering left. Try this and see if it works. I have a feeling that your transmitter isn't working properly. You could also try the transmitter in a different car and see if it works than. |

Did you guys know there is an editable version of the TC3 setup sheet here- http://www.msra-racing.com/features/setupsheets.htm
It's in Acrobat and looks just like the regular one, but you input your setings and then print it!!! Just like the pros- lol |

White plastic ring gears and pinion gears
Has anyone used the white plastic ring gears and pinion gears? I can't get them to fit in the differential housing. Anyone else having the same problem. Are there new diff housing for the white gears?
|
Hi all, new user here. Got a question, I've been using the Novak SS system for several weeks now. I've been having a hard time trying to get rid of an off power push. My setup has gotten a little off the beaten path, but it is driveable.
Just wondering what some of you have done to over come this. I feel like anyone with the SS in a TC3 would have the same problem. Thanks |
If your battery is in the rear position, the easiest way to get rid of the off power push is to move it forward. Otherwise, I would mess with my suspension in order for the car to throw more weight toward the front of the car when I let off the throttle.

I have an IRS chassis FTTC3 and need some help in setting up the kit. The car seems to hookup during off power and spin out during on power. If I practically slows the car it doesnt hookup. I was thinking of putting in heavier weight oil as it seems that weight transfer from front/rear is very fast.Does putting heavier oil slow the weight transfer? If so what is a good weight to start off with?I have from 30-70wt oil in my pit box.
My setup:- Aspalt medium to high traction Front 35 shore GRP foam 30wt oil red spring 1.5deg camber 4deg caster/no kickup 0deg toe-out camber links long(inner/upper) balldiff/steel diff halves aluminium CVD/pin cushion 5mm ride height droop 6 on Assoc. gauge Rear 35 shore GRP foam 30wt oil blue spring 1.5deg camber 3deg toe in camber links long(inner/upper) balldiff/plastic diff halves composite bones battery upfront 5.5mm ride height droop 4 on Assoc. gauge Once I get the car running right I already have a locked diff and also a one way to try which is better for my local track. If anything is missing from my setup please do let me know so that you guys can help me better Thanks |
Hi guys,I just got a TC3.Can someone shows me what is the best way to solder the battery connector?Seem the normal 3x2 saddle pack with vertical connector doesn't fit any all.
