You need to download the file from the speedpassion website for the Speedo. It has all the drivers you need and it has updates.
Dowloaded theSpeed Passion USB Interface software V1.38 and software, but my computers can't recognize the card. do i need another driver? thanks! |

Can the Reventon series of ESC's be used with 1s batteries for 1/12th and WGT?

That's my understanding also that the Pro will be the only one able to run 1S.
I ran my Reventon S today at the East Coast Championship Race in Jackson, NJ. It worked awesome all day. 17.5 Blinky . Brakes work great, Speedo only got warm in the hot and humid weather that we had today. Won the B-Main and took home $50.00 prize money. That was awesome. |
Great news

I don't know if my Reventon came with an old Manual, but my Page 6 has a Picture of the wiring to battery, motor, esc and rx. and section starts at 4.2 Brushless Motor Wiring, and then has section 5.0 Throttle Range/Setting/Calibration. Is there a newer manual on line? If so, can you send me the link, as I cannot find it on your web site.
Thanks http://www.speedpassion.net/uploadfi...un01st2012.pdf |

However, the REVENTON PRO-EX that will be out around October will be able to support 1cell...that is a replacement unit for the current GT2.1 EX. |

Does anyone have some measured rotor strength numbers for the 9.5T-21.5T "stock" style:
1- RS13802NA super7 (pink ring) 2- RS13803NA (red ring) Assume your meter measures 1270 to 1305 for the std mmm or 1c v3 rotor. Thanks! |

It was my understanding that the Reventon Pro is the 1S version.
REVENTON PRO = 2-3 cells powered unit for the PRO TC racing application (no motor limits....3.5T with full boost no problem). REVENTON PRO-EX = 1-2 cells powered unit for PRO pan car (10th and 12th) racing application. REVENTON PRO-S = 2-3 cells powered unit for PRO TC in STOCK application (with motor limits, 6.5T with boost). I've already said too much.....:sneaky: |

Thanks for the reply
Thats the problem here in Aus they get stuck in the technicality and forget the fun and its a hoby bit
Obviously at top level (NSW CHAMPIONSHIP) it might mater in some classes and some freedom would invite more people into it BTW these solarus tyres ..how good are they we run ryde or muchmoore 28-36(yep it about 10c in Australia on a friday night) All the best Andrew |
