I'm late to the party but I use the 2.0 LPF in my 2wd and the 2.0 Pro in my 4wd and SCT right now. (yes they are off-road). Yes they have drag brake and other profile changes. I used LRP for years and had no regrets switching. Good stuff here.

Hi guys,

I have an opportunity to purchase a SP V3.0 11.5R BL motor at a great price. I plan to use it on my 2wd buggy. Does anyone have any experience running this motor (in any application). How does it compare to their 10.5? To be honest this is the first time I've ever seen a 11.5 motor.

Thanks.

John

nope, i meant during the SC is activated, when Reduced The throttle,
The SC is Deactivated instantly, instead of adjusting the SC Speed.

So when you let off the throttle, the car slows down? Who knew?

Thanks for sharing the tip.

John, This motor is what they used/tested in Hong Kong. It should be pretty close to a 10.5 with a little bit less rip.

thinking of getting another 2.0 lpf for my oval sprint car. is this speed control compatible with the lcd programming box and the supercharger software? i used to run this speed control in a touring car and offroad truck and loved it even with just the basic box.But have not stayed up to date with speed passion.

Yes it is. Works great, just watch your gearing and settings a little more with the boosted software. Plenty of starting points on this thread, or on the SP site.

Oops, maybe not for oval though, but maybe some here can help if you post some details on car and track.

Thanks Charlie. I'll be racing on a medium sized indoor track so this should be more then enough.

Even if it doesn't you can always upload it through the LCD box. You can get the software on the Speed Passion site....just a few clicks away.
