What is your ESC set to settings wise....what are the numbers 1-15?
You dont need the SP motor I was just saying that the settings I used was with the SP motor.

The set ups for the first 11 steps are the same.. Only difference was that the last few were different..starting from the 12th step. 8, 1,3,1.
I had a timing of about 1 mark advancement on the novak 17.5 motor.
My gearing was 7.44 initially but was also slow when I brought it down to 6.5.
I think I will try your set up and move on from there.... It might be the punch and the delay which mattered..
Thank you for the help Kevin

Kelvin....try it and keep an eye on the temp of the motor. Most times if you are running any Delay(14) on smaller carpet tracks then you will not see the full power of the ESC...and the ESC will feel soft on the bottom and almost feel like it "two speeds" where you get a sudden boost of power late on the straight or when you dont need it. On larger tracks with lower traction you can get away with running more Delay...but for most carpet tracks around us I always run the delay off and then you have to run a little higher on Super Charger Punch(15) to keep the temps in the motor lower.....like 3-5. I hope this helps you out...

There is a beta release in test as stated by Solara:
Our team drivers just received their prototype software for the STOCK Racing. Targetting for indoor carpet, small tight track layout...and 12th scale/10th WGT software. Especially the lower RPM ramp, and Supercharger boost/RPM range are revised....
Once the testing are done and approved...it will be listed on Speed Passion website for download.

Lets hope it makes public release before the end of the Carpet season, SP were quite late to the outdoor season in the UK, and again the Tekins have taken another step ahead - not in speed, but this time in motor temps, they are as quick with slightly more turbo and their motors are only running 45 degrees C, to keep up im pushing mine to 75-80 degrees C to get the speed with the Speed passion ESC - which its doing fine, I just worry about the temp.

In the right hands they win races - in average hands they are not even close.
yeh that temp range is fine for a final setting, but the margin for error is very narrow when experimenting with turbos etc on a new track.

never run a sp only against it.
gm lrp and tekin are dominating here and ad my club tekin but that's because of the driver.
there are almost no sp drivers here. only now one.
