Ok thanks.

May I ask why you use 5.7 for 13.5 when all the files/documents are recommending around 6.25 - 7.00 ? please don't think I'm saying your setting is wrong but this is where I am getting confused with gearing it correctly and why I asked earlier if there was a suggested setting.

The manual with the motor recommends 4.8 -6.0 the SP Basic Supercharger setting PDF say's 6.25-7.0 and then the Word doc say's 6.5-7.0

I never know which to start with  I presume you've tried loads of different fdr's ?

Thanks.

the 422 and the 528 are different softwares you cant use the same gearing suggestions,

If you're running mod and the track size is a medium-ish you won't notice much difference between 205 and the 528_MOD.

But if you're running a stock motor, 10.5t and higher you will notice a huge difference between 205_g and the stock softwares.

Start with default settings for 528 stock, use a 25 pinion and check heat from there. That's your staring point

Start with a 24 pinion on your truck with a 2.6 tranny ratio. Stock spur

PLEASE NOTE: I run the R1 Wurks dual motor fan, so please be careful with your gearing & ESC Settings. Run for a minute and check to make sure the temps are not getting too high.

Any questions, please post here or PM me. Here is a video of the track and some testing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cX53c...eature=related

This weekend was our Tracks 26th year of putting on our summer sizzler, using the above setting I was able to secure TQ but due to a few driver boo boos finish 2nd overall, very very fast. However I did use a 12mm rotor as the silver one reached 195 in testing, the 12mm seemed as fast temps were high about 175, but I felt it wouldn't have a melt down going on pass experience. thanks for sharing. After this weekend, I am 100% sure that I had a faulty esc at nats, that and my driving sucked.
