finally got my photon during the week. all i can say is wow. ver yimpressed with the build for such a new brand. i know they have been around for a few years now but i think some of the other manufacturers could take some notes. the updated spool etc inlcudedd in the kit was a surprise to be honest. not like others that put the original in and then you have to pay for the updated version of a part. should get it on the track this week sometime so hopefully it will be the goods.

If your using the IP packs. What I did was take a normal connector and ground a slot in the side of it. So I could stick the wire in 90 degrees to the connector. Then I put a small piece of heat shrink on the top deck right above the connector. (just to be safe) Seems to be working out great.

Default Ackerman

I just had the 416 out to poach some parts and took a look at the ackerman the cars can do side by side. I found the TOP can't quite achieve the same ackerman that the TRF pro drivers run 99% of the time, the closest is forward position with insert 9, but the 416 with 5mm of spacers has even less angle between the wheels. They are different cars so it probably doesn't mean much but I thought that was interesting. I also found the 416 can get a bit more lock
