Thumbs up same here.

I've returned to the hobby recently as well and I've purchased several RTR's (Rustler, E-Savage and a Stampede. The CR was the first kit I've had my hands on since the 80's. I've posted on rcuniverse that the was a joy to build as well as own, cheers.

that's right, RTRs killed the hobby. If you don't build the kit, you can't learn to appreciate it.

I dont know if I feel that way about it. I have never bought an RTR, but I still think that there are a lot of people that would have been intimidated away from the hobby if there werent RTR's available. IDK. Personally I guess I do hate them. I think of all the broken projects sitting behind the counter at the Hobby Town in Kennesaw. Each one a symbol of someone who doesnt have a clue how to fix it themselves.

Hi all you cup racer fans

Lets see some photos of your cars with electronic installed. I would like to see which ones look the best and decide what to get. My car is inroute as we speak. Datson 240z

Rodney

P.S. What are your thoughts of using VTA rules as a starting spec class or would it be to hard to gear. I am looking for ideas.

That new '73 Porsche 911 rsr body and wheels look sick! I might buy a Cup Racer... It be cheaper than the TECH Racing conversion kit for my M03.
