steering knuckle is fine, I do believe its the dogbone length and toe block combination as soemone else pointed out. I'll have to look up those 48 mm ones for the F201, anyone know where I can find a set?

I got this Trinity D5 8 turn and I'm only confident to use it with a 415. My pro 4 is too torquey and the yok sd is just too breakable.
What's the recommended gearing for a 50feet by 40feet flowing track?

Try 25T pinion and 102T spur and work from there.

Yes there is. Godwin is right. You have the plastic horns in the package to choose from depending on manufacturer.

Quite right, they are 35t not 32t , Must be going mad.......

I still thinks its worth while running the TA05 pulleys because its a better internal ratio to work with (well for Modified anyway) and I think the TA05 pulleys are better, you don't have to do any gluing and I think they are made from a better material.

1. Any 850 sized bearings will fit - don't worry about buying tamiya

2. I bought spares from ebay. They were in an Event / Non-Retail package. Speedtech have them in stock - http://www.speedtechrc.com/store/ebp...?catmainid=268

3. I don't think they will, I used the Yokomo thrust bearings in mine.

Anyone know if another manufacture makes 0* castor blocks, can't seem to find any that tamiya makes because i need some more steering but, does the HPI supsension give you more steering and if so what are the parts that i need

Cheers, Charles

0 degrees gives less steering in a turn but should be better turn in.

Default Ball joint woes

Hi guys,

Can anyone recommend a combination of ball ends and ball studs that I can use which will give my joints a little more resilience against popping off so often? The standard ones are pretty bad and I've now run out of Tamiya ones to replace them with. I bought some RPM ball ends, but only discovered that the Tamiya ball studs have larger balls once I fitted up a new turnbuckle with new ends....how annoying!

Any ideas? Suggestions from UK users would be most useful, as an order from the likes of Champ etc can be quite expensive once I get going!

Thanks

Andrew
