For carpet, I run 6 F and 4 R (measured off a gauge). I currently have the Short arms on the car too, seem to work well, although I haven't done a back to back with the long ones, so can't really comment.

I'm running 5F and 4R on a gauge. I'll have a chance to do some back-to-back testing with the ackerman and short arms on Tue night. Should be interesting.
Whats the part number for the new spool that comes on the MRE? I'm using the 36t pulleys on my MSX. And will it fit?

Personally, the 2.5mm chassis is a little flexible for rubber carpet work, but not enough to worry too much about. For foams, the 4mm chassis is probably best.

foams that all I race but I love this car, but the new blue cyclone seems to be fasters (BMI chassie for cyclone)

4mm then... or try and convince BMI to make one for the 415
Relating to my earlier post, some pics to explain it better.
First two, shows the screws on both cars that I measured the distance between (rear two, steering posts, front two, suspension block).
Second two, show the ackerman spacers (red arrow), and wheelbase spacers (yellow arrow).
What I've done is assume all other measurements are equal, so effectively by adding thoose three variables together, I can figure out exactly the difference in ackerman between the two. A large total number means that the longitudinal difference between inner and outer l joint is larger... effectively putting the steering link at a greater angle.
Because the spacings are different on the two cars, the ackerman setting is different, which affects the way the car turns. I'm trying to get my MRE to handle as well as the evo on the rug, so hence why I've added spacers.

Is there a Tamiya Diff for the 415 and if so what is the p/n. Or am I stuck just using a spool for TCS racing. Also what is the part number for the locked center pulley?
Thanks
Thanks

Ed. I notice at you use those cone washers your top deck. Did you feel at tweak broblem is gone after that modification?
I made order M3 countersink washers and i`ll try those also with my MRE.
