Seems like it would be a good combo for an F1 car; and the 1 cell lipo should fit just fine. In fact the 1 cell should allow for more room for the electrics.

Any thoughts?
I think it sounds like a good combination. Might be a little slower than a 2S/ Silvercan.

By the way, BP Shadow; I absolutely LOVE your Lotus Renault body!! My question is: Does your decal sheet include the gold striping? I don't see it in the picture of the decal set.
I've been running that set up in my F109, and I am pretty happy with it. Running on carpet amd running a rollout around 80 its just about right. It does lack some punch but I really do enjoy it.

You might be right; however, it is quite fast in my 1/10 pan car which is definitely heavier than an F104. So I think it should be even faster in the lighter F1 car.

I've been running 1s in the F1's for a while.

13.5 is similar to 21.5 2s
10.5 boosted is similar to 13.5 2s blinky, and hella fun

I ran 17.5 boosted once in an F-104, but it felt flat, lightweight 12th scale 17.5 blinky is already kinda on the slow side.

I forgot to point out that the car would be raced on an indoor carpet track that occupies a 65ft by 35ft area, not a large outdoor asphalt track. That is why I find the 17.5 to be plenty fast enough on my pan car. Outdoors on a larger track it would probably be on the slow side.

Having said that, I would consider a 13.5 brushless with a 1 cell

I have the artwork setup to do this, but the cost to do it is not in our favor. The reason I did it the way I did it in the sheets is because it used colors I was already printing. Mark G has them separately for sale and in different colors, check them out on the UF1 site

Thanks Rob, I really like this car and want to run it again. I know the pan car setup is nice, but I'd like to be able to run it with the regular F1 stock class.

And the front arm and axle set too. Thanks!

I was wanting some advice for an ESC for my F103.

I've got the older LRP F1 Reverse Digital, I do find this ESC is ok and has a relatively good feel to acceleration.. But it's jumpy full throttle reverse is a little annoying and it's braking is not very good it takes some serious distance to bring the car to a stand still.

Anyone got any ideas on ESCs? specifically for Brushed Motors.. I'm using 20-27 Turn motor depending on the race.. No brushless allowed for F103 races in the UK.

The LRP Quantum is a good option if you can find one.

Thank you so much for these. I'll try to do them justice for sure. If anyone is wondering about the quality of these stickers from F1 Paintlab, let me assure you these are NICE. While I haven't had the chance to apply them on anything I've checked them out and. The quality of the vinyl is perfect, flexible with good stick and these don't look like they'll flake apart.

I've used a few sticker sheets in the past, Tamiya and others, some good, some bad. I would put these just below Tamiya's in quality then list the rest. This should make the next few project a lot of fun.

Brad, thanks for taking the time to do these right. I can't wait to see what else you come up with to add to your product line.

PS I forgot to get that chassis...
No problem man, and thanks for all the accolades and the support throughout the weekend it means a lot.
The product line will definitely continue to grow, as will the inventory for the online store. If things keep going in the direction they seem to be, then next year is gonna be huge

Q2 or Q3 also, very small, awesome esc's. Or a hara twister (2.2). That's what I have for my F1 car.
