Ran the 5200 pack in modified last night with a 4.0 turn and the pack was very good.. I could not tell the difference between the two packs on the track at all.. Danny awesome job..

Here are the cycle numbers on the first cycle on 2 random packs of each. I charged at 2C and discharged at 35 amps with the room temperature at 70 degrees. The voltage sensing leads are attached to the power leads.
4100/24C:
429 (4170mAH) - 7.29 - 7.8
428 (4161mAH) - 7.29 - 7.9
5200/24C:
534 (5191mAH) - 7.35 - 6.6
537 (5220mAH) - 7.37 - 6.4
4100/24C:
429 (4170mAH) - 7.29 - 7.8
428 (4161mAH) - 7.29 - 7.9
5200/24C:
534 (5191mAH) - 7.35 - 6.6
537 (5220mAH) - 7.37 - 6.4
If I'm reading that right, the 5200 pack shows slightly better average voltage and significantly better ir (1.2-1.5 better)? I've been running Lipo long enough that I'm a bit foggy on battery numbers.

Not Danny by any means but generally what everyone has noticed is that with Lipo's a higher MAH battery will always be better as long as your comparing brand to brand (Smc to SMC, EP to EP, IP to IP) and comparing the same C rating to C rating (35C to 35 C, etc).
Its a little strange looking at because everyone was so used to looking at NIMH cells where if you had higher runtime or MAH you usually had lower voltage.

Yep, I get that part (ie. 35c=35x the battery's capacity current/amp output). I guess by the "new math", higher capacity is always going to perform better, in every way than lower capacity with lipo.

For a balancer that you will plug with your charger you should you can get and Atroflight Blinky , Common Sense also has one and the Electrifly Eqquinox.
Our Balance connector is the JST-XH.
Tell your Hobbyshop to order our packs from Horizon if Great Planes is out of stock. Were getting a new shipment in this week and will ship out backorders.

I'm trying to buy 5200 24c before x'mas but can't find anywhere (online shop), any idea who still have them in stock?
