Tekin RS ESC sensored

I had a strange problem this weekend running 212 with no boost in 17.5 tc. Mostly always run Throttle Profile 3, but thought I would try to smooth things out and try TP2. When I did this the car would not respond to forward throttle input at all and if I pushed brake the car would go forward like an on off switch. Tried recalibrating the esc to the radio but still wouldn't recognize throttle input, only brake. Tried reversing the throttle on the radio, same thing. Went back to TP3 and all was normal again. Toggled back and forth between TP3 and 2, everytime I select TP2 it does the same thing. Anybody else ever have a similar issue? It wasn't really a problem as I just ran TP3 and put neg expo in the radio, but still thought it was strange.
I think your car and speedo are telling you to man up and run a real profile. Its unboosted 17.5 run that on TP 5.
The only class I dont run on TP 5 is mod.
does anyone have any good starting points for a foam touring car with a 17.5
I am getting my doors blown off on the straight away and i'm coming off around 170 degrees.
I run on two tracks one with a 75 ft straight and the other closer to a 100. Looks like everything on Tekins website is for a rubber sedan so I don't know where to start even.
Thanks!

Your boost is way way to low, give it more boost and gear down. I'll look tonight and see what I ran last year in foam. What brand of 17.5 are you running?
duo2... I have 1 notch of timing in the motor.
Thanks!
Thanks!

start 3-4k
end 12500
50 timing boost
motor what you have already
fdr 5.8 for the small track
6.2 for the bigger track with 5-10 turbo and 15k end.
ramp 2
delay .15
put both in the esc one in the C! and the other in C2 and you can try both in the same run

With the Initial Throttle setting adjustments, I just leave TP on 3 all the time now.

As for storing to the C1 or C2 profile from the hotwire, you will have to do this separately. As in open up hotwire, select c1 then adjust the settings, then "apply" them. Close hotwire, not really necessary but I do it just to be sure the settings took. Re open verify your c1 settings then select c2 and repeat. Now you will have 2 custom profiles stored in the controller.
Hope this helps.
