teamsanwa,

The handheld programmer is for all RB series ESC, including RB30/50/S. After you upgrade the firmware, the handheld programmer can automatically show new settings.

TLRacing,
For oval, you just simply switch on turbo and use highest timeshift setting, use gear ratio to make your speed.

Dear all,

New firmware for RB30/50 and RBS is now available for download.

RB30/50 : Firmware v1.3a
RBS: Firmware V1.0c

Both firmware has reliability update. It helps to reduce the chance of ESC failure after car crash or some abnormal scenario.

Are all profile settings and values the same as the original handheld programmer?

I think there are a few small differences like turbo settings on RBS and lipo cut values.

Cool - are these documented somewhere? The manual doesn't appear to have been updated.

Looks like it. Have to track test it now, but don't think I'll see any diff on our track........very small.

Appreciate the firmware updates but little more info from TeamWave would be nice.

This firmware update is about reliability update which reduce the chance of ESC failure after car crash or sensor failure. We are working on another firmware update which is performance update. Stay tuned.
