Default M05 Pro and Abarth TC 1000

When I began this project the M05 with Abarth body didn't have been announced.
I had to make some modifications to the M05 in order that the Abarth engine bay could be placed in the chassis, so I guess something will change in the new Abarth kit issues in July 15th.
I placed an Orion 20T, and balldiff as well as new shocks ( the kit one are a joke) and TRF springs. A cheap digital servo ( US$10 and works terrific!)
The D60 radial tires were replaced for D55 that fit better the body but will make a worst handle in the road I guess. Rear springs are harder than the front and the front suspension have to be low by 2-3 mm. I don't think this run better than the M03, the steering is unnecessary complex and need a lot of work to return to the neutral.
I have added a driver and lot of details as plastic winshieldwipers.... etc.
Stay tuned for more pictures as soon as the body is finished. I love this car as I had two Fiat 600 when young, the Tamiya model looks terrific with some details added.

That's cool I'm a huge fan of Fiat's. We lived in Europe when I was young and my parents had one. It was a Fiat 500 wagon 74 I believe.

Could you check how wide the car is from outside of the left wheel rim to the opposite side.

Im thinking about those HPI LP wheels.

Same as a mini. All the same parts 160mm ish.

I built this car 2 years ago, and I do not have it anymore.
