Wanna know just HOW we did this to a set of Mini gears?. Click here to find out, AND see the video footage as well.

It's Velodrome Oval racing '07, and it's here on rc-mini now.

Does anyone have an extra set of the all white spring set for the tamiya mini

I am looking for the set which includes all the colors.... red, yellow, blue, and white and are all white but have a small dab of the real spring on the bottom of the coil

Are you looking for the ones that come with the M03R or are you looking for the touring car size. I have the set that came with my M03R. Are you looking to trade or buy?

i am looking for the ones that come with the m03r i guess.... my kit(m03r) didnt come with them so i would like to get them... as long as its the 4 different colors. Did the spring set that came with the m03r have white included in the set ?

I would be looking to buy as i dont have much tamiya stuff

Also for the trackside mini guys what slicks are you guys running up front on your cars and are you running m grip rears with the slicks up front, and how is the insert situation with the slicks?

Hey all,

I've got a new/unpainted Tamiya Swift w/stickers and mirrors that I'd like to trade with someone for a new/unpainted Tamiya Classic Mini body set.

PM me if interested.

Scottrik

Walstreet, there is no one answer to this question. :weird:

Some of the guys are running full slicks like Matt.
Some of them have slicks in front and M grips in the rear like Ken.
Some are running S grips in the front and slicks in the rear like Carl.
Most guys run the S grips in front and M grips in the rear.

It all depends on your set-up. I tried slicks in the front at Harbor Hobby and my car traction rolled; Ken ran them in front very successfully, TQ'd and won the main. I could change my set-up to get slicks to work but I like the way my Mini drives with my current set-up.

You just need to try some things and go with what you like best.
