found a tobee at rc-mini.net , is that the only one option?
|
Eagle Racing makes an after market set of gears to use with the metal diff gears. Integy have them listed on their web pages.
Tobee also list different spur gears for the M03 and they seem to have 35, 36 ans 37 tooth spurs that can be swapped out. Lots on eBay. |
In what situations would you want more air gap?

I was thinking this for my indoor carpet setup, any comments/suggestions? front -type A 60D tire -hard 60D insert -hard 24mm touring insert rear -type A 60D tire -hard 60D inesert -soft 24mm touring insert would that work? I dont want to lost too much on the handling but would prefer if my A's dont wear out so fast. Carthik |
i agree on the M's and S's, but my experience with A's differs in that they hooked up great with compound, but couldnt keep it from traction rolling, no matter what i tried, sways, oil, springs....
i think the fastest laps at the recent Novak were done with Ms and Ss, sways, and a ball diff... Matts Suzuki was awesome! |
Just got the Short Tuned Spring set and I also ordered all the Short Tuned springs individually and I noticed that the individually packaged ones are quite a bit shorter than the ones that come as a set. Does anyone know if the spring rates or ratings are different from the Tuned Spring set to the individual packaged ones? I planned on starting with the whites up front and the yellows in the rear and then tuning from there to find out what works best for me but I'm not sure which yellows to use.

hey check this out, a motor fan for a M03M. Just wondering where'd you mount it?
http://www.racing11.net/shop/product...oducts_id=3029 TonyG - great work on the Orion Carbon Lipo. What charger are you using for it? is it possible to protect underside of battery where its exposed on the two sides. ? is it possible to design a carriage type holder like just flipping existing holder so battery sits within? now that you got free weight to play with it might be worth experimenting. |
It would mount to the servo mounts on top.

We used a cheap 'Swallow' charger on the Lipo but we've also used the ICE as well.
Hadn't thought about other ways of mounting the pack, we just stuck it in and it seemed to work so we left it at that! That 'motor mount' fan thing?.... Well its a fan yes, but from what I can see it doesnt actually mount to the motor at all? Would you agree Steve? Looks like it just sits over the top of the motor. |

I've not had much luck with 3Racing fans. I bought a clamp-on heat sink with cooling fan for my XXX-S sedan and had two blades on the fan break the first time I used it. |
would that fan be tcs legal (canada)? how much does it weigh?
still need tire setups! so no-one really reccomends A's? |
