Even better pics on Tamiyablog now.

It might not be the step forward in performance i had hoped. The long arms are not as long as on my old Xevo Triumph and the weight may not be as far forward as the M05. It's nice to see a modern style though and the gear diff and battery access should be better.

Adjustable Limited Slip Diff Kit ? Tamiya M-Chassis ? ProRacerShop

Looks so high tech compared to just using a few washers. Cool that someone picked up on the shimming idea and packaged it finally, even though it's not my idea.

Well what is this?
An RC car with a whole load of extra parts that will never leave the box. Can anyone see how they're accommodating shorty battery packs?

My springs, and diff came in the mail. this weekend we'll see if my M05 can stop it's turtle impressions.

Built the Yeah Racing diff up (with 39t body) and filled with 7k. Seems way too free for the carpet we run on. Tempted to stick something like 100k in now I've felt what it's like.

M07 looks good. Might be a pain with that brace in the way to getting wires to a brushless motor and not hitting it.

I wish it would've been more of a Pro version. Lots to upgrade!!

More information on the M-07:

The materials used are no longer ABS plastic. Instead, we are using FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), which is the same material used on our TA-07, TB-04, etc...

There will probably be CRP versions of the plastic parts someday. :sneaky:

AWESOME!!.. Finally

Any idea on its status for Nats? Will it be legal? I saw release date (Japans release date I assume)...the US usually being a few weeks afterwards. That's a pretty narrow window for Nats.

that M07 does look nice. I like the added vents on the motor housing. Also looks like everything is lower since they removed the high chassis arms that are present on the M05. It looks like the diff may be a lot easier to access which is a huge + in my book. I hate that you have to take the entire M05 apart to access the chassis, -its major surgery!l It also looks like they have a long stick NiMH pack in the photo ..a shorty will make this even more compact.

I like it!

I'm ready for one
