You'd have to cut a hole to let it poke out a bit. Not sure how big a hole but it might end up looking pretty average I'm afraid... And a big risk if you get it wrong..

Oh man... I dun wanna cut the body other that where it is supposed to be... LOL

Thanks, Chris.

I don't think there are many bodies that will fit M03M (225mm wheelbase) One that i know of is the HPI honda civic. search for a dealer on there website:
http://www.hpiracing.com/

You can also try rcmart.com
There an online rc shop shop based in HongKong. but check around some forums. Saw Some negative feedback about this co.

Is rcmarts mini body selection. And the Civic will fit. The Miata is the right length but the servo mount will foul the base of the windscreen.

And thats about it for M03M's I'm afraid.....

Wouter.Z 12-14-2006 12:37 AM

tamiya alfa romeo will fit.

tony gray 12-14-2006 12:55 AM

Indeed it will, problem is I think they're discontinued?

I remember someone else asking about them a few months back and Tamiya dont offer them as a spare any more. Officially listed as 'discontinued'
Maybe you'll find one somewhere sitting on a shelf? I checked all the major online stores and came up with nuthin there either. I think they're a pretty rare beast now.

Between M03 and M04, which is better in terms of handling??

The M03M seem to be the best handling kit right now. It has all the newest handling upgrades included in the kit. It is front wheel drive and this makes it easier to drive harder.

The M04 is harder to drive as it can spin out if you pull the throttle too hard.

The M03m is the better (easier) handling of the two. Both can be fast, but the M04 can be a real handful to drive. Nevertheless, the current TCS Nationals champ won this year with an M04.

The design does look much cleaner and lower than the M-03, and in terms of performance, mine basically acts like a touring car with 2WD, but strictly indoors on carpet. Outdoors it can be a handful if it's not a decent surface and you're heavy on the throttle.

Since everything's so low, it also allows for more sportier bodies (Miata, for example) to be mounted.

Thanks... that was what I needed to know
