Torg... It's been replaying in my mind since I walked off the drivertand. Just like a lot of other mishaps Ive encountered.

I've come to realize that althought I havent won a title yet, I have indeed been part/center of some MEMORABLE TCS events controversial or not. I' can live with that. What doesnt kill you makes you stronger.

I love this game.

That's about the most heartbreaking race I've watched.... Wow.

Oh man, that was a heartbreak to watch, I had a 87' CR-X Si, brand new in 87' put a Jackson Racing 117 kit on it (Web-cam, Bassani 4-1 header, with quad exhaust), so I was excited to see the same car on the podium on the way to Japan. But alas not this time...

Better luck next year!

Watching that video hurt. The littlest things can really screw up your day. Sorry to see it happen, Orlando.

On a different note: Don't you hate it when you're doing really well and you hear the announcer mention how great you're doing? You think to yourself if you just take it easy, keep it smooth, everything will be okay, and then you clip a corner a little tight and your car is upside-down and there's a marshal there, but he's texting or looking at an interesting cloud. Yeah.

Orlando has had more than one of these gut wrenching experiences over the years. There was one in GT2 a couple of years ago that could have been worse than this one.

This years Mini race was between the two, who, in my opinion, have had, the absolute worst luck. Danny Eggar probably should have won the last two years, but didn't due to some strange circumstances. It's easy to overlook, but Danny is a deserving winner.

Racing is funny that way. Danny was the fastest the last two years and lost. He was not the fastest this year and won. Sorta makes you think that the "Racing Gods" are actually real.

Or maybe that it's not about being fastest.

So with the M-05 Ver. II are you all running 'shorty' square packs?

Yeah, but if I had the choice, I'd rather be the fastest guy on the track.

Even if that means you're not always going to win?

btw as I was blowing the track this afternoon with Bird I found a long titanium screw in the sweeper that looked suspiciously like a motor screw from an m05v2... It was handed over for analysis.

Yes I am using a shortie pack with the terminals on the opposite side to the motor. The terminal end is the heaviest end of the battery. My battery is offset. My shortie weighs 212 grams and I added 10 grams to one side to get the car up to weight.
