you can call me classic but i allways preffer the wheel arcs in black and the roof in white
by the way you need to put the stickets to make it more realistic, window lines , front and rear lights...etc |
the design i have drawn up for that is a lot different than i made it. I had black wheel wells and a white roof, lol. next time. and i still have to decide what decals to put on it.

dont forget to put pictures when you finish with the decals ! :)

Hi,
Just wondering is the tamiya MO3L still a good mini to race? Are there much parts available in Australia? Thanks |

I raced my M03L last night. I didn't do too bad, but I didn't do too good either. I didn't have enough speed in the corners when turning to keep up with others.
Are there any upgrades or parts to fix this? I'm just looking for an upgrade that will allow me to enter and exit corners with more speed, such as a one-way diff on a 4wd 1/10 Touring Car. Also, tire spin was bad. I'm still using the stock tires (bald by now already), so I was wondering if X-Patterns or RP-30 slicks will solve the problem? |

Domo, Mike is pretty much on the ball with his comments. THE most essential thing for a Mini is being smooth. Corner exit is critical and maintaing your corner speed through smoothness is what makes a Mini quick.
To keep the corner speed up make sure your ride height is correct. On any Mini this should be close to having the wishbones parallel to the ground. RP tires are good but prone to traction rolling in some circumstances. For all round performance in almost evey grip level you cant go past the X patterns. FastXXXS, doesnt matter which car you get really although the M03M has the uprated suspension which means you dont need the alloy front knuckles that you do on the SWB and LWB. For that reason alone I'd recommend you to go with that one. |

John Hicks PM sent. |
Can someone tell me if the 53222 M-Chassis Super Slicks are also reinforced and if it will provide more grip than the Type A.
