The one weak point that I see is the upper bearing block, both front and rear. ( though I am told they have an updated part )

Yohan- So I guess you don't need an answer on weight bias or set-up's for an S400 anymore. What thread will you be trolling in? HB, Schumacher???

Default S400

HAHAHAHHAHA. HB..I just sold mine, I was new disapointed in the durability, thats the biggest reason for selling, the handling was great. I was very impressed on its cornering speed, I am hoping that the Serpent will be similar.

And if anybody has a good carpet setup for me as a base line, that would be great.

Carpet setups with 27T/19T, some with 13.5BL and more -> http://www.petitrc.com/reglages/serp...erpentS400.htm

not so fast Butter...I'm awaiting a rumored shipment of new S400 with gear diffs included in them

And did you have to say something about static weight and weight bias and the design on the S400 or other cars in general?

From experience, the S400 handles as well as the HB Cyclones, and carries exellent corner speed as well. But its much tougher and parts are cheaper to get. No stinkin diff screwz snapping, no ball studs snapping inside the hubs, no flimsy c-hubs, no leaking shocks, etc.

You'll love the car

Never tried it, in mod I definately think we have one of the strongest spools out there so I don't want to replace it...

Where's everyone been? I've been busy building my cars for the nats next week.

You better make pictures of the cars.

Previously i asked about the suspension bridges, setting the same toe-in angle but with wider bridges, Jaad found that on the Cyclone it makes the car stiffer, so that means it wont roll as easy given the other settings dont change.

That is what i wanted to know.
