Heath,
Associated make a green spring but the black ones never made it into production for the TC3. The green spring is rated at 11.43 lb/in.

Johnny55,
The Rayspeed Red I find a touch heavy for outdoor use over here. I have a good setup running the mid span arms (hard) with Rayspeed Yellow on the front and Rayspeed Blue on the rear with no roll (sorry sway) bars fitted. This is on Sorex 24, Take Off CS22 and Pit Shimuzu D20. Its not warm enough over here to go anything further up the temperature range at the moment.

Hope this helps.

bumper brace is stock. The bumper foam is from Eagle made for TA04 but fits nicely on R3.

Ah ok, didn't know the r3 came with a brace. The r2 sure didn't.

How do you like the tamiya shocks with the car? I'm thinking of replacing my alex shocks with a set.

I like that the car now includes an upper bumper brace, should keep the front end much stronger...
