Ultralon contains PTFE (Teflon), the slipperiest substance known to man. It has been formulated to offer excellent lubricating qualities in even the most dusty environments. Ultralon goes on as a fluid and dries to form a lubrication barrier that will maximize lubricity on almost any moving part. Guaranteed not to attract dust.

I just got the R3 in stock late yesterday I'm still working through the supplement sheet and a new parts list, so the car will be available for shipping probably later on today or tomorrow. Those of you that placed a pre-order should receive an email from me later on today.
Thanks

I haven't tried Ultralon yet. I've been using Losi white grease. It has a teflon additive and its fairly light, and my drivetrain is pretty free with the grease compared to running it dry. I've been running the same gears since the 2003 Reedy Race in May and there is no wear.
